Hey I have a question. Recently I started having fantasies about my fiancee peeing on me. Is that even remotley normal? She said that she was okay with it and it sounded fun, but Im trying to figure out if its normal or if i am a freak...

You're not a freak. Sexplay involvind bodily fluids isn't terribly common, but it exists. Urinating on a partner is what's generally refered to as a 'Golden Shower'.
The fact that you've been able to discuss this with your fiancee shows that you've got good communication skills and trust each other. That's hugely important for any kind of sexual activity, but even more so for stuff like this. If you're both 100% okay with exploring that part of your sexuality, there's no harm in experimenting a bit.
