i was just wondering, me and my boyfriend use the withdrawal birth control technique and we use a condom too, umm is there any way that i could possibly get pregnant?

If the condom break or slip off, yeah. But, other than that, the condom is pretty much 99,9 % effective against pregnancy when used properly. Just use plenty of lubricant.

And you can get pregnant if any semen come in contact with your vulva or vagina during all kinds of sex not just intercourse.

And BTW, why using the withdrawal birth control technique when using a condom ?

If you're still insecure and scared about getting pregnant you can use a back-up method such as the pill.

Just to add a bit to what cool87 has said: withdrawal when using condoms actually makes it MORE likely that the condom will fail, since it increases the likelihood that the base of the condom won't be held onto. Condoms are designed to be ejaculated into, so withdrawal doesn't offer any extra protection.
