Why does my one testical hang lower than the other one?

And second how much semen does an avg guy cum?

That is usual for a male to have one testical hang a little lower than the other one.. and as far as semen it really depends there really isn't an average everyone has a different amount

Testicles can hang one lower than the other - its the same as women almost always having breasts very slightly different sizes.
As for amount of semen, it does vary but it's almost always much less than people tend to expect in my experience.
