Well, I sorta have this problem with my breathing where if I eat or drink certain things, my breathing gets harder and its hard to breathe in deeply. (We've been to the doctor about this several times, and they still don't know what it is..)
So.. one time I had my "breathing problem" and I had masturbated during it, and after.. the problem got a little better. I still had a little trouble breathing, but it wasnt as bad.
Does any sexual activity help your health at all? or was this just a coincidence?

Sounds like you have food allergies of some sort: did they test you for any, ask you to keep a food/drink diary?
In any event, sexual arousal and orgasm certainly increases circulation, and as well, makes certain hormones which act as relaxants come into play, so one or both of those things could help with breathing.
There's actually quite a few different things health-wise which sexual arousal and activity (partnered or solo) can help.
