Masturbation would never come to my mind, I thought it was totally gross and wrong even as a young child. I am finally feeling that masturbation is normal and healthy for oneself. And honestly I am obsessed with it as of right now. And for the life of me I can not get aroused enough to feel any pleasure in rubbing down there. The clit especially. Yes, I have tried everything from water to fingers. What should I do to help myself? Knowing me I have probably mistakenly thought my clit as something else. I am feeling real anxious to get an enormous feeling down there. Please help me. [Confused]

Anxiety can be a real buzzkill when it comes to having orgasms. If you felt that masturbation was wrong until recently, it may take some time for those residual feelings to fade, and for you to feel comfortable with masturbation.

In the meantime, why not read some of our handy articles? They'll cover a wide variety of topics on masturbation, orgasm and your anatomy. Knowing might go a ways in helping you relax:
