how do i get the sperm out of my body after he has ejaculated into me?

Most of the semen will just drip out of your vagina - it is, after all, subject to the forces of gravity. Sperm, however, which are contained in semen, are quite good swimmers, so many of them will not leave the vagina.

Unprotected sex puts you at risk of both pregnancy and STIs, so using condoms is a good idea - they make cleanup easier as well.
