I am currently a virgin but myself and my gf have agreed that we're ready for sex.

However, when masturbating it always takes me quite a while to cum.

I am slightly concerned, from this and not being able to cum from a handjob in the past, that I won't be able to ejaculate from sex. Not sure if my circumsition affects this.

Has anyone got any advice on anything I could do to help with this. Are certain condoms better than others for sensitivity?

Are you on anyanti-depressants, by any chance?

Whether your orgasm/ejaculate or not needn't be a problem: you can still stop having intercourse at any time should your partner feel through with it, and either switch to another sexual activity or stop with sex that day altogether. Neither orgasm nor ejaculation are required for sexual intimacy from any gender: in fact, often enough, one or both partners may not orgasm or ejaculate diuring a given sexual session and may feel in no way dissatisfied, even.

Thinner condoms are best for the most sensitivity: as a bonus, they also tend to be more durable. You'll also want to put a few drops of latex-safe lubricant inside the condom before putting it on, as well as outside for your partner.
