Alright, I know you're supposed to explore yourself by masturbation in order to have the big O during sex, but I don't get it. I mean, I explored and found ways to pleasure myself, but how do I add another person to it? I don't get it!!

First of all, masturbation is a way of getting to know your own body and enjoying yourself - it isn't just some chore that you do "in order to have the big O during sex" .

I'm not sure what it is that you "don't get". If you've found out what sort of stimulation you enjoy during masturbation, then during sexual activity with a partner you can ask them to stimulate you in that way, or show them what you like. It's really an issue of communication.

Sexual Response and Orgasm – A User’s Guide has a very helpful section on Taking It On The Road: Sex With A Partner.
