Ok, I had sex for the very first time on Friday. Me and my boy were messing around for awhile, then he went to put his "plastic" on. The thing is...he wasn't erect. He put it on anyway and we started, but he never became that erect. Is this normal/safe?? should I be worried??? I don't know. I'm soo new at this...

From our Condom Primer:

quote:
Only put a condom on AFTER there is a partial or full erection (after the penis has "gotten hard").

Otherwise, there is more of a chance that the condom could slip or fall off while you're having sexual activity.

Check out the link for more tips on Good Condom Usage (tm).

It wasn't safe at the time, but since it sounds like it didn't actually slip off, you are probably not pregnant
