After ejaculation, is it a necessity to wash your hands or is it okay to just wipe your hands of the semen if you're going to finger a girl?

It depends for what reason you're asking - in terms of a pregnancy risk, there isn't one from manual sex, even if you might still have traces of semen on your hands, however it's generally recommended to have washed hands before manual sex so that you're not introducing bacteria to any orifices.

will wiping get rid of bacteria?
also, just wiping will get rid of the smallest chance of a risk of pregnancy correct?

If you have medication on your hands I would sincerely and strongly recommend you wash them so that you're not introducing anything pharmaceutical to somebody else's system.

(Also, just a reminder that when you signed up for Scarleteen you agreed to guidelines to not discuss illegal activity on the boards, if you're not talking about medicines.)

There isn't a pregnancy risk from manual sex anyway, but I would still strongly recommend you wash your hands.
