Definitely don't cut short the active pills, for any reason (other than stopping using the pill as a contraception method), because that would compromise your protection and probably make your cycles really wonky.
There's no need to skip the break just because your bleed's come early. For normal usage, you can continue taking your pill on the schedule you normally would. Only skip the break if you actually wanted and intended to take three packs back-to-back.
