I had sex for the first time and got a tear in the skin between my vagina and anus, which I think happened from being pushed into a stretch I wasn't flexible enough to do. It was an accident, but it hurt and still hurts like a mo fo.
I can hardly go to the bathroom because it hurts so bad. It even hurts to sit, walk, or spread my legs at all.
I've been putting Neosporin pain killer on it, and treating it like a cut. It's been a week since it happened and it's not healing- it's getting worse and more painful. I think it's infected, and I also think that I have a whole other infection in the crevice of the labia minora. It sort of builds up brown discharge in that area and has that "gasp" when you touch it, pain.
I set up an OBGYN apt for later this week, what can I do in the meantime?

With pain like this, I would suggest that you call and ask to have your appointment moved up or, if that is not possible, ask to speak to a doctor or nurse for some suggestiosn on what you can do in the meantime.
