So back in feb my ex never came in contact but touched his penis on my stomach and didn't "go" on me at all. I've had all my periods since then and took two tests a month later and it said no. I'm just feeling anxious about the possibility still. Then in May I did it protected and nothing broke or ripped. June came, had my period heavy as heavy can get. Then the past two months its been kind of light, but that could be due to crippling anxiety after my friend passed away where I have been on the floor. And I've also been constipated since then. Please help. I've read a lot of posts and things but I'm still anxiety ridden.

Can you be more specific with your question? What is it that you are asking for help with?

Have you seen this article? It should help you assess your pregnancy risk: Can I Get Pregnant, or Get or Pass On an STI From That?

That said, if you have been regular periods and have had one since your last sexual encounter, you are not pregnant. It is not possible to have a period and be pregnant.

I read that but I am still semi confused. So if the condom was fine I should be fine?

If you used a condom correctly and for all genital contact, and it did not tear or slip off, then you have nothing to worry about.
