This is quite embarrassing but I have no other option but to ask yourselves. Basically I had unprotected sex all night I was having trouble getting wet and it was dry sore and painful during sex. A couple of days later I started to itch like man and then I noticed bumps that appeared . I got a mirror and there are tiny red pin pricks in the middle as if the skin has been ripped a bit showing raw flesh. Please help. I'm sweating thinking I may have an std. Silly of me to put myself in this position certainly won't have unprotected sex again. Fastresponse will give me a decent nights sleep!

Hi sunkissed. Unfortunately, we're not doctors, and even a doctor wouldn't be able to diagnose you online. STI symptoms do not tend to show up the day after infection, however, so it is very unlikely that that's what this is; more likely it is some tearing or friction as you said. I recommend that if this doesn't go away within a few days, you call your doctor or go to a sexual health clinic so they can examine you and let you know for sure what the problem is.

If you have a rash that has persisted for a week, I'd say it is a good time to get it checked out at this point.
