After a pregnancy risk, me and my partner wanted to take a little extra protection so i don't freak out again.
Birth control pills are not handed over to teenage girls without parent consent under 18 years of age in the place where i live, and my mom won't let me get them. I live in a pretty orthodox place and sex isn't very much encouraged.
I was wondering if condoms+pull out would be an effect method if the condom is put on correctly and does not break.
As in we have sex with a condom on but he still pulls out and "finishes" in the condom while its still on him but outside me.
Is that an effective method? Thanks in advance!

That article gives a rundown of the effectiveness rates for pretty much all possible combinations of birth control methods.
