Okay, so I don't normally exercise but recently in school I've began PE, causing me to exercise way more than normal. Mainly what we do is run, which my body is not used to at all. Last month, my period came on the 25th. Now it's the 23rd & I haven't gotten a period & I'm not sure when to expect one. I used a period calculator & that said that I should have gotten it yesterday, but I don't know how accurate those can be. So my question is, can this recent change in exercise cause my period to come late? Or completely missed?
