My girlfriend and I had sex the other day, and I am really worried. We used a condom, but she isn't on birth control. Normally, I wouldn't be so worried because we are always safe, but this time, I cummed a little into the condom. I quickly pulled out once this happened.
So my question... Should I be worried about this? My girlfriend says we are safe, but I'd like a second opinion.
Thank you in advance.

Hello, Shephard, and welcome to Scarleteen.
Assuming that the condom did not break and was used properly during intercourse, I would say you're fine. The condom is designed to contain a man's ejaculate during sexual contact, so long as
it was put on properly
it was used before the expiration date
it had no holes or other perforations that would otherwise cause semen to leak out
it was not re-used from a previous sexual encounter
If it would help you further, I've attached a link to one of our resources here in Scarleteen regarding condom usage basics; you can compare how you did to the instructions/guidelines given and perhaps see whether or not you still have anything to worry about. Consider it a third opinion.
