Just wanted to make sure what I did was right, I wanted to change my pill time and so I waited until my new pack to do so. Usually, I take it from 615-645 in the morning, with a little leeway on that time, never earlier than 6 or later than 7 in the morning. This new pack, I decided to set my pill time squarely on 7 am, and so on the first day I took it at 7 in the morning. Its not three hours past my previous time, so it should be fine right?

Yes, that's totally fine! I'd not even say that you switched your pill time at all, since you're so close to your previous pill time that it doesn't make a difference.
