So last month on Sept 26th I had sex for the first time ever, now about three weeks later I am feeling extremely sick to my stomach, tired, and I might be urinating more frequently, but I was just wondering because I have been on the pill for three months now and have always been good with changing patches. He also wore a condom, should I go buy a pregnancy test?

But you're already aware that if both your pill (patch?) and the condom was used properly, that pregnancy is not even remotely likely, yes?
In other words, it's much more likely you have some kind of seasonal flu.
