so I am having really really bad pain on my right side by my kiddneys and it goes around to my hips. Its not my kiddney i dont know what it is. Could it be an STD? I have lost appatiete i cant sleep well. Any ideas? Is it stress? Could it be that i didnt really "go" to the bathroom tell today and that was a week ago so i went once in a weeks time.

There's really no way for us to know what it is. If you're in such pain that you can't sleep, the best thing to do is visit the emergency room.

When you're in this much pain, honestly, it's sound to take care of yourself first and worry about the rest later.
Is there a walk-in clinic nearby that you can try, first? If so, please get there asap. If not, I second Karybu's advice: the best thing to do is go to the ER.

Since you're in school right now, you likely have some kind of health service on campus. How about seeing what they can do for you?
