I was making out with my boyfriend, and afterwards I looked and I think there might have been a teeny tiny wet spot on his pants? But I'm not sure. I didn't feel anything while we were making out.

Well, unless you were actually in direct contact with his penis, there's no way you'd feel him ejaculating. It's possible he did, but it's more likely that the wet spot was from pre-ejaculate (pre-cum), which is something that gets secreted from a couple of different glands when someone with a penis gets aroused.
