Hi guys! I'm sorry for always asking so many questions, but I had a question about my weird periods. Up until about six months ago, my cycle used to be about 5 weeks long. However, recently it seems to have shortened to 4 or slightly less than 4 weeks. Is this normal? Also, today I went to the bathroom and found only one drop of blood in my underwear. I wiped myself and there was a mix of normal clear fluid and a little blood. I'm not meant to get my period for two more days. Is this my period or implantation bleeding? Thank you!

Our menstrual cycles sometimes shift a little over time. That's completely normal and nothing to worry about.
If you're experiencing spotting, and you're due for your period in a couple of days, it's entirely possible you're seeing an early start to your period.
Do you have a recent pregnancy risk that you are concerned about?
