So I know I made a bad call but here's what happened, put condom on backwards, flipped it around, had sex. The condom had spermicidal lube, and she is on the pill. She is due for period next week.

Should she get EC?

She says she doesn't know, what are the risks here?

The condom was only touched on the top and then I realized and turned it

Well, figure that this isn't perfect use of a condom, so you're probably not looking at the 98% (in one year) protection condoms can provide. But since you also hadn't ejaculated, and we aren't talking about a clear failure, just misuse, we're likely looking at more than typical use effectiveness of 85%.

For her decision-making, I'd say it's wisest for her to figure that she simply may have had slightly less protection than condoms usually offer, and have her see how she feels about that.
