Hi AceOfClubzs, welcome to Scarleteen!

Something you always want to think about is that anal sex poses some risk of pregnancy as well, because it's really pretty close to the vagina. Because you didn't ejaculate risk would be much lower. As well, there's a high risk of Sexually Transmitted Infections with anal sex. How about taking a look at this article for some information: Anal Sex Lowdown

It's not possible to give an exact percentage, but given that you did not ejaculate, the risk is quite low (likely about the same or lower as withdrawal used perfectly with vaginal intercourse, which is about 96% effective). Whether your girlfriend gets the morning after pill is up to her, depending on how comfortable she is with that level of risk.

The more significant risk here however is STIs, so if you are not both up to date with your testing, you'll want to schedule appointments to get that done.

Then the STI risks are very low, but not nonexistent. To boot, once you're sexually active, getting screened at least once a year is a habit you'll want to get into, so now would be a great time to start.

As Karybu noted, "Whether your girlfriend gets the morning after pill is up to her, depending on how comfortable she is with that level of risk."
