A quick search for abortion laws in California tells me that you don't need parental permission for an abortion.
Are you asking out of curiosity, or are you experiencing a pregnancy scare? I can't find any recent posts by you asking about specific risks, so if you do think you've had one, let's talk about it first to figure out what's going on, and we can still worry about abortions if and when that becomes an issue, okay?

I'm having a pregnancy scare. Last Tuesday my boyfriend and I planned on having sex. While we were in the room, I gave him a blowjob to get him harder, and as he was unrolling the condom on his penis, he realized that he was putting it on the wrong way (inside out) and so he then flipped it over to the correct side. It was only the tip of the condom, but I'm still scared that it might have had some semen mixed with my saliva on it. I wiped the tip of the condom a little while it was on him, but I feel that I should have told him to just wear a new condom.
I'm also recalling a time when the base of the condom slipped upwards a little while we were having sex, and my boyfriend pulling it back down. I'm not sure if that happened, though. I think that part may just be because I'm thinking about the whole event too much. I'll ask him about it today.
And my period is supposed to come either today or tomorrow.

Hey Nirtak- it's a bit premature to be worrying about getting an abortion before you've even missed a period. It's probably best to stop dwelling on it and relax for the time being, if at all possible.
