The other day i gave my boyfriend oral sex and swallowed. He then gave me oral sex, but we did not kiss in between. After he gave me oral sex we started makeing out and kissing.About an hour later he gave me oral sex again. My question is what is my risk of getting pregnant since he came in my mouth and then went down on me (the first time he did not kiss me before going down on me, so i know that is no risk, but he kissed me before going down on me the second time, however this was an hour after i gave him oral) Sorry if this is really confusing. I know the risk of STD contraction, but we are both tested and fine. My concern is pregnancy.

Even with the fact that he did come in my mouth and we tongue kissed for some time afterwards, and then about an hour after i went down on him he went down on me?

Nope. Really no risk from that. For one thing, sperm isn't too happy out in the open and it doesn't surive for very long. For another, even if it did survive, the route you're imagining the sperm took (from penis to your mouth to vagina) just really isn't likely at all. Especially with the hour that passed in between. Sperm can't survive all that.
