My boyfriend and i didnt have sex but we were like close on each other, He didnt cum near me, nor did he stick it inside me,we were like "dry humping" , but i had clothes on, but i have missed my period. i have been worrying about this " could i pregnant or not" and driving me nuts. do you think i am?

Check out What's The Risk? - Five Easy Pregnancy Risk Assessment Flow Charts

In short, if pre-ejaculate or ejaculate came in contact with your vulva, then you have a pregnancy risk. If not, then you have no pregnancy risk.
