Surf, hon, please talk to your counsellor/therapist about this, too. Please do.
It's great you started talking about the possibility of you having OCD or anxiety issues with a counsellor. - please start talking about your fear of pregnancy when you haven't had a risk, too.
I can not imagine how this worry must be affecting you when you're concerend about pregnancy every time a male touches you. - I know it can be hard to talk about worries like this, but please tell your counsellor. - I am sure (s)he will assisst you in finding ways to deal with it.
Of course we'll keep listening and helping you as much as possible, but right now, I get the impression that a real life person's help is needed specifically in regards to your pregnancy worries, too, so that you can get them sorted out and find strategies to deal with them.
Also, regarding this bloke touching you: if this was a school dance, you might consider alerting school admin about this, too.
