If you are presently taking oral contraceptives, however, and take them as directed, on time every day, your pregancy risk is extraordinarily small. If you do not take them as directed daily or on schedule, you do have a sizeable risk. The pill is only effective as birth control when taken correctly.

So, I'd suggest simply taking a pregnancy test.

I'd also suggest if you have not already that you and your partner start having annual sexual healthcare, including STD and STI screens, because you have had risks there -- the pill doesn't offer any protection from STIs.
