Hi horsesforever,

I'm a little confused as to what you're asking here; it sounds like this was covered on your earlier thread from today. I think it might be helpful to go back and re-read this article about EC/Plan B, especially the part about side effects: Emergency Contraception (Plan B or the Morning-After-Pill)

Maybe some self-care can help you feel less anxious. Sometimes when we are too stressed, if we keep focusing in whatever is triggering that stress, the situation tends to feel even worse. Here is a good guide about some things you can try.

Self-Care a La Carte

It may well be that the breast tenderness you are havng is due to Plan B, as that is one common side effect.

Plan B and SSRIs are not contraindicated: in other words, they can safely be taken together. However, if you are concerned about that, your prescribng physician for either or both of those medications is the person to consult. Your pharmacist who fills those prescriptions is another expert available to you about that.
