If you are asking how it is possible that someone has regular periods and is pregnant? It is not possible, by definition. A period is the shedding of the uterine lining that a fertilized egg would implant in if a pregnancy occurred.
Those are the facts and that is all you need to know, really. There are tons of "I was pregnant and didn't know" stories online, and you'll only drive yourself nuts looking for them. The thing to keep in mind is that these stories are generally personal stories posted anonymously on message boards that are accessible to anyone. They are not fact-checked, and we don't know anything about the person doing the posting.
