i dont know who to ask or where to ask but right now im really streseed out about this. Me and my boyfriend (16 &18) were dry humping 3 days ago. i had my underwear on and he had nothing on. we did it for a few seconds on and off. he did not ejaculate whatsover whatsoever. & *we are both virgins * the past 2 days my stomach area has been feeling odd/crampy. is it just anxiety & me stressing it? (my period ended a week ago so its not that) i honestly regret this already i dont need this stress or anything right now. i shouldnt worry about pregnancy right?? cause he didnt ejaculate in me.at all and this dry humping was a couple of seconds on and off. need advice help anything.

Nope, it does not sound like you had a pregnancy risk. Check this article out for more info: Can I Get Pregnant, or Get or Pass On an STI From That?

It also sounds like you are not comfortable with the speed at which you're moving - you might benefit from reading this article: Whoa, There! How to Slow Down When You're Moving Too Fast

That's not something we can possibly know, since a) it could be a million different things, and b) that's really only something an in-person healthcare provider could determine.
