Hi there—I'm writing because I realized after the fact that I had taken the wrong day's dosage of Loestrin24Fe this morning. I believe that pill is monophasic, but if that's the case, is it okay that I took the wrong one, or am I in trouble because I took them out of order? Thanks for your help. gv

Hi gingervitis,

If the pills are all the same, then it wouldn't make a difference that you took them out of order.

You can consult the patient information that came with the pill, or give your pharmacist a call, to find out whether this brand is monophasic or not.
