Hi, im 19 and i had this light bleeding and spotting with clots for last 5 days. Its only few red deep blood and mostly dark brown. Its so much lighter than my usual period, I only use pantyliner.
I actually often have only dark brown spotting instead of my normal period too, but without clots and blood (only dark brown)
This time it looks different.
And i just move out from my country last month with big time difference and stuffs.
Also i just had my wisdom teeth removed and had lost some bloods there so i took a lot of ibuprofen last week (any side effect from that medicine?)
I had my first time protected sex (condom) too this month.
So i would like to ask if its normal to have such a weird period or is there sth wrong with the condom or lube we use or anything?
according to my calendar tracker im due to have my period in next 3 days with 35days cycle. But the average of 35days cycle also only a count from my last 2 cycles of menstruation (i lost the rest of my track before).
I had my period on 26 of june last month, and this month i start spotting on 24th up to now.
Thanks so much in advance for your help!

It is not unusual for periods to look a bit different from what you are used to from time to time. And it sounds like you have been going through a few things that can impact the menstrual cycle, such as the stress from moving and changing your sleep cycle (and probbaly also your diet), as well as the surgery.

So, it does not sound to me like this is something to lose sleep over.
