So according to my period tracker I ovulated July 3rd. I am positive I ovulated because I had alot of egg white discharge. It is now 13 days past ovulation and I am experiencing slight cramping which I think are uterine cramps. I have been having them for about a week and today I noticed a slight bit of stretchy discharge. It wasn't clear more milky kind of and had no smell. Is this normal to have right before a period? I haven't had a form of sex. I'm a virgin. So should my period be starting soon? According to my period tracker I shouldn't start until July 27 but that seems a little too long. How many days after ovulation do you get a period?

Really, unless you're charting such as with the FAM method using basal temps and cervical mucus there's really no way to know if you're ovulating. That said, PMS can last a week or two it really just depends on the individual and that particular cycle. Generally though periods should be 28 days apart.

My cycle has always been irregular, and I've never had a 28 day cycle. It has always been around 30 something days. Is it normal to have cramps before a period? I heard that cramping after ovulation or before a period is due can be an early sign of pregnancy, but I've never had sex. So I can't be pregnant. Right?

So long as you haven't had a legitimate pregnancy risk, there is no reason why you should worry about being pregnant.

No I haven't had a true pregnancy risk. But I do have one more question. Lets say my boyfriend adjusted himself and happened to get precum on his hands then touched my inner thigh or butt. This is no pregnancy risk, right? I was once told that sperm can swim very far.
