I noticed a small bump on the shaft of my penis today. It does not itch, nor does it irritate me. It is reminiscent of the fordyce spots that are normally present, and it is only slightly darker than the surrounding skin tone. My GF and I both tested for common STIs 3 months ago and regularly use a condom during intercourse. We are also each other's first and only sexual partner.
My suspicion is that it is probably a pimple due to cleaning the area somewhat poorly after sex. It does not cause me much concern, but seeing as I've taken notice to it, I'm asking to put my mind at ease.

I'm a little unclear on what you're asking for here. It's not possible for us to tell you what you're experiencing. no one could tell you that without examining you in person, whether or not they had medical training (which we don't).
however, the skin of the genitals is pretty much like the skin on any other part of the body; all of us are going to get bumps and other skin changes over time.
