I took two birth control pills on May 9th (which of course had to be my ovulation day) by accident and the next day, May 10th I was dry humping with my boyfriend and he was wearing nothing at all and I was wearing jean shorts and underwear I was damp afterward however he did not cum and I took the normal dosage of my pill before this happend at my usual time. I'm really paranoid is there anyway I can get pregnant from this???

Have you started by checking this out, where you can see exactly what risks an activity like dry humping does or doesn't pose?

Can I Get Pregnant, or Get or Pass On an STI From That?

(Just FYI, if you use the combined birth control pill, you usually do not HAVE "ovulation days," because the primary way the pill works is to suppress ovulation.)

Okay, well can you look at that piece right now?

If you do, you'll see this:

DRY FROTTAGE OR DRY SEX

Level of STI risk: Low risk
Infections at possible risk of: Pubic lice, trichomoniasis
Level of pregnancy risk: No risk, unless only one partner is wearing a very thin garment that allows for some direct genital contact, like a thong, or there is accidental fluid contact. In those cases, there may be low risk.

So, can you see there's no or low risk? And given that, also bear in mind you are already apparently using a method of birth control more effective than the morning after pill?

Yeah that's true I guess I'm just worried- I just was unsure if taking two pills by accident the day before would cause the pill to be less effective on the next day

Taking extra pills -- rather than missing pills -- won't make your pill less effective UNLESS that means you wind up missing/slipping pills later (rather than borrowing from the next pack as you'll need to when you go to take the pills you already took).

But regardless, to become pregnant you have to engage in something that poses a real risk in the first place: dry sex is not one of those things.
