Hey guys thanks for this awesome forum. it has been a great resource to know pregnancy related information.

My girlfriend is almost 8 weeks late with her period. She is 20 and she is still a virgin. Me and her played around a bit and the most i have done is fingered her. we have dry sex now and then but with my underwear on. I never came infront of her and touched her. She took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative.

She is been stressed cuz of school when she first missed her period. She is due by this week end. She has no symptoms like craving, back ache, nausea or any kind of symptoms of a pregnant woman.

She said she gets cramps now and then and it just goes away and she does not bleed. I'm kinda scared why she has not got her period yet. I have been checking on her everyday if it came or not. I know I have put some pressure. But i wanted to make sure cuz i want god for her and for me.

Please let me know what could be happening. And thanks for your input [Smile]

Hi mumurphy and wecome to Scarleteen,

Pregnancy is far from the only reason a person's period can be late, or can be skipped all together.

Here's some more information on that:

M.I.A or, Dude, Where's My Period?
