Ok so to get in shape im taking a spinning class
However i noticed if i go hard and fast and crazy on the bike, it seems to arouse me
My groin muscles tighten and i feel sexually excited
Is this normal?? Is there a reason for it??

It is my hope that what i ask here is answered for me and anyone else afraid to ask the same question :)

Experiencing feelings of arousal during exercise isn't at all uncommon.

I'm not exactly sure wy it happens, or whether it has been studied at all, but I suspect it has something to do with the feel-good chemicals released during exercise, the increase in circulation, and any direct pressure that might occur on the genitals.

It's nothing to worry about though, and, as I said, isn't unusual. [Smile]
