On January 7th I took a plan B during my first month of birth control.
I got my period as expected the first day of placebo pills. I took two preg tests and both were negative. One was at the doctor. Well , now I'm on my 2 day of my placebo pills and My withdrawal bleed is nowhere to be found.
How Long is it supposed to take? Does It vary? Or is it off because it's only my second month?

Withdrawal bleeds don't always come on the first day of the placebo pills. It could also be off because you're only in your second month of taking it, and it can take a few months for things to settle in. It also could be because you took plan B, which can alter cycles, even for those on daily birth control, for a couple of months.

So should I expect it at all? And if it does come late do I keep up with my pills anyway?

There's no way for anyone to predict whether your withdrawal bleed will come.

Yes, definitely keep up with your pills. Starting the new pack on time is very important for the contraceptive effectiveness.
