Hi, Ever since I can remember I've never had painful, annoying PMS symptoms aside from food cravings and cramps, but in the last 3 years, they've gotten worse and for 3 or 4 months now the PMS symptoms seem to have worstened. A week before my period, I don't feel well(bloating, nauseous, cramps) and get overly anxious and emotional. I tried tea pills to lessen the pain, but they don't seem to work. Although the symptoms aren't debilitating to the point that I can't do anything, they are still annoying. I also don't understand why they got worse. I assumed that they would become less over time, but maybe I'm wrong. Aside from exercising, what are other things that could be helpful to reduce the symptoms? Thank you very much.

Hi graycloud1,
The menstrual cycle does, for many people, change over time. What those changes are will vary from person to person, and yes, for some people premenstrual or menstrual symptoms can become more pronounced or uncomfortable.
