If someone has never had any form of sex before, is it still possible for them to have an STD? Also, when having oral sex, I know STDs are a risk but is it possible to get sick or get an infection from the other person's saliva?

The risks are significantly lower, but there are some STIs that aren't only transmitted sexually. So the only way to know 100% for sure if you are STI-free is to get a full screening.
