Hello! Your site has always been a great help to me, so I hope you can help me once more.
I'm a female. When I masturbate anally using my fingers, they always touch a sort of sharp, spiky thing a few inches up. It sort of reminds me of the narrow end of a grape stalk. Basically, I'm curious what this is and am hoping I don't have some sort of alien baby thing up me. I don't get much sensation from stroking it, but it feels a bit weird for my fingers.

That's likely one of the folds of mucous membrane inside the rectum that you're feeling. Or, you might be feeling part of one of the sphincter muscles.
Just know that experience of it feeling a little pokey inside like you're describing isn't unusual.
And I think we can safely rule out alien baby things inside your rectum.
