I just got nexplanon two weeks ago. It's heaven next to the pill. But I still have two questions. I have been bleeding for about a week, like a period. I know irregular bleeding is normal with nexplanon, and I feel really good; but is there a certain cutoff where you really should go to the doctor no matter how good you feel? You know, 9 days, 20 days, whatever? Also, if it was put in a little too shallow or a little too deep, will it still be as effective. I think mine's right. I can't see it, but when I press I feel it.

I'd give this another week, and buy then, if the bleeding doesn't start to go away, or settle into only very light spotting, I'd call into the office of whoever did your insertion just to check up.
