Every month my period changes cycles. Like one month my cycle would be 24 days and the nxt month my cycle would be 28 days. Am i irregular?

Actually, even the most regular people can have a bit of variation in their cycles of a few days, so I'd say you're not perfectly regular, but what you're describing isn't unusual at all. If you were going several months at a time without a period, that would be something to look into, but a few days variation isn't an issue.
