I recently had sex with my girlfriend and after we finished we wanted to go again,so I removed the old condom and threw it in the trash , washed my hands with soap and got back to putting another one on.But I forgot to wash my penis and wipe it . Can this lead to her getting pregnant ? I used a spermicide tablet as a backup too

Washing the penis between condoms when you've used one, then put on another to go another round isn't necessary.

The part of the condom having contact with the penis is all on the inside of the condom. There's no contact while unrolling between your penis and the outside of the condom.
