I'm just curious because I'm kind of worried that this could be true! I read somewhere that this girl dry humped a lot and now she's in her twenties and she says that sex doesn't feel good. She thinks she desensitized herself. Is that possible because now I'm worried. if you dry hump does that mean that after a while you will never feel anything from penetration? !

Nope. The idea that you can desensitize yourself is a myth. Nothing short of a serious injury can damage your nerve endings like that.
