Hiya I'm a 23 year old female and since my ex came home on Sunday my nipples have been erected, I've tried tape, not thinking about him, tight bras etc but each time they remain erected why?

If you have had erect nipples for five days in a row, this is not likely about arousal. Arousal doesn't stick around like that.
Are you having any pain? Anything else up with your body right now?

Apart from a little sore around my vagina no..... my nipples havent got flatter since Sunday and everytime i go past a door i knock them?

But they are not painful? I ask because typically, having hardened nipples for days on end *would* cause pain.

Yes they are very painful..... like i sed every time i pass the door i knock them and it bends them hurting me more

So, if you can, I'd try a long, hot bath, or a warm compress. Sometimes it can just be about being even a little cold for an extended time.
If that doesn't help at all, then I'd call a healthcare provider and ask them for advice.
