I think the best way to figure if something that you're doing to a person is "wrong" or not, is to see it from the other parties perspective. Would you like it if someone did that to you? It's as simple as that, but more importantly, be honest about it and don't lie. I can't whole heartily give you advice, as I would hate to be the one to f**k things up for you, but yeah! I hope this sort of kind of helps somehow?
