So about 3 hours ago I had sex for about 4-5 min with my boyfriend. He wore a condom and never ejactulated. We checked the condom afterwards by putting water in it...there was no holes or anything it was in good condition. My question is, is there a greater or smaller risk of getting pregnant while on your period? I'm on the 3rd day of my period. Ive read online its possible but HIGHLY unlikely..is this true? Do you think ill be okay??

Hi 24Brown. Because sperm can live in the body for several days, and you can't be sure of when you're ovulating unless you are taking very detailed measures of basal temperature/cervical mucous/etc, it's not impossible to get pregnant when you have sex (only types of sex that present that risk, of course) while on your period.

To assess whether you've had a pregnancy risk, we ask that you please read over this post:

I know I ovulate the third week of my 5 week cycle...I get very much mucous and cramps. This was the 3rd day of my cycle when I had sex.

For about 10-12 days of your cycle around the time you ovulate, it is still possible to get pregnant. But again, you will need to consult that link I gave you to assess whether you've had a pregnancy risk or not.
